Collaboration Just Got a Whole Lot Easier with the New Discussion Tab
Effective communication is the backbone of any successful operation. We’ve introduced a new Discussion tab to all Requests, Jobs, Recurring Schedules, and Assets to keep all conversations right where they belong—on the record itself.

For our power users who manage complex operations, the Workflow Studio has received some significant upgrades that will make your automated processes more powerful and flexible.
Key Workflow Enhancements and Your Benefits:
• Automated Escalation and Reassignment: We’ve added a new workflow task to reassign a Job to a different team. This is perfect for setting up automatic escalation paths or handling complex handovers without manual intervention.
• Automate Your Communication: A new workflow task allows you to leave comments on entities. This means you can now automate communication and alerts based on triggers, ensuring key stakeholders are notified precisely when a workflow reaches a certain stage.
• Better Usability: We’ve made it easier to manage your automations with a new search bar in the workflow manager and the ability to copy workflow tasks for reuse, saving you time when building complex workflows.
